As I reflect on my past two years as a classroom teacher at A.V. Cato., I am excited about the great accomplishments of my students. I feel that I have established a great rapport with my colleagues, students, parents and community.
As I embark on the next chapter of my career as an instructional coach, I am excited about the opportunity to be an instructional support system for teachers. As a dual language teacher in CISD, I have personally experienced the lack of support for dual language teachers and it is my mission to fill this void for dual language teachers in our district. I am extremely excited about the direction our district has chosen to take with instructional coaches. I truly think the future is looking brighter...
